This level is called "Data Processing Terminal Part 2" and starts immediately after "Data Processing Security", the one where the tower guardian(huge guy with jetpack) is trying to attack you as you go down the elevator, wait till he shatters the glass in front of then shoot him with the lightning gun or any other gun depending on which achievement your going for and simply finish the level.
There are no other enemies but him, and the level is short only around 3 minutes long. so should be no problem (this is how I recieved the achievement)

In options under game settings just turn off auto weapon switch so that you can pick up a different weapon and not screw yourself out that weapon achievement.

A level must be completed using only the lightning gun. The easiest level to do this on is the level with the TSD's where you have two soldiers, a regular marine and a Tech accompanying you.
