First Tour of Duty. You are required to play 500 online RANKED matches. Any matches that are not ranked do not count.
Some of the easier methods are to play Deathmatch Quickes. This is the first to 5 kills. The problem is that there is a 2 minute wait before the round starts. This is set up so that 8 people can join the match. If there are 8 people the match will launch right away. So if you can swing 8 people this is the fastest in my opinoin.
Another method of using the 8 players is to have a team of 7 go against 1 in a Team Based game. When the game launches you will have a 7 on 1 match. Make sure the host of the game is not the single player (you are the host if you are the first one in the game). Then have the single player quit. This will register a game played for the 7 but not the 1. Ths will also eliminate the 2 minute wait time.
Another method is to play Tourney quickes. If you do this you will only want to play with one other person. As it is the first to 2 kills wins the round and if there is only one other person it will only be one round. Should be 2 minutes to load and the match should only take one minute.
NOTE ; If anyone in your party including you receives a green xbox live error in the Quake 4 match. You have to quit out to the dashboard and load the game back up. I have noticed the round does not count or sometimes the game will not launch if anyone receives this error.

What I do is get into a game, get 1 kill and have the person killed quit. Still counts as a game for you but not the quitter.

You dont even need a Kill in order to quit out and have it count.
You could have a 7 on 1 (the 1 being someones second account) and the single player quits. The other 7 will get a game counted for them. The one will not. If you did this right when the round starts(have to wiat for the countdown to end and the game actually starts, NOT WARMUP) you just have the guy quit, works great on any Team game.

Deathmatch Quickies or Tourney Quickies is the fastest way to get it.. if you call that fast. It is the quickiest way, its just a little bit time consuming. Just keep playing and you will get it.
