Ok, discovered a quick and dirty way to get this achievement while boosting with Lady Death 13.
Arena CTF - Endurance - you will need four players. (Lady Deah 13 and I each have 2 boxes.) To get this quickly you need two players on opposite teams. The player getting the achievemetn needs to pick up the Unlimited Ammo power up, it looks like a yellow C with 3 bullets inside, and a Rail Gun. The buddy helping to boost needs to pick up the Defender power up, it is blue, and usually near the flag. Defender gives nearly unlimited health regens.
Have the helper go stand near an armor or health bubble spawn point. His health will be at 200.
The person getting the achievemnt the runs over and hits him twice with the rail gun. "Impressive" will sound.
The helpers health will be down to around 30, and start counting up immedaitely. If you are near health or armor, pick it up as frequently as possible to speed things up.
When health on the helper reaches 195, shoot him again twice. "Impressive" will sound.
You should be about to get 60 or more "Impressives" per round this way. 3-5 games and 10GS is yours.

The easiest way that Lady and I found was to sit where they spawn. Just sit in the room and when they spawn you have 25 seconds to shoot them. 1 shot takes away 100 health, but you start off with 125 which counts down to 100. So as long as you shoot them in the first 25 seconds there health will drop severely without killing them, and allowing for the second shot giving you the impressive. There for, making it faster to get the impressives as well as getting kills in the process.

To get an "impressive" you need to land two consecutive hits with the railgun. Note that it doesn't have to kill an opponent, or be two hits on the same guy. You can shoot one guy twice, or shoot one guy then another. It also has to be in fairly quick succession, i'd say within 3 seconds of the first shot.
This is fairly easy to obtain legit (as I did) but the method listed above is also effective if you want to get this one faster. Note the railgun does about 100 points of damage, so make sure your health is over 100 if you are going for this. You can always check how many Impressives you have in the leaderboards.
Also note this will unlock after the game in which you obtain your 250th impressive

If you have three friends that are willing to help out, search Endurance Arena CTF and you search the same but alone on your own team. Take Ammo Regen, do not take doubler! Take the Ammo Regen, go over to their base, and just keep killing them, your ammo will regenerate so you have infinite shots with the railgun. Just keep hitting them until you receive 250 of them. This can be done in 1-2 games is done properly. If you don't have any friends, Deathmatch Average/Endurance and you can get a crapload of them off of people, just keep at it.
