After you finish with the last tower (the Data Processing Security tower) go to lift just right before the level exit and save the game. Keep this save game alive so you can farm this file.
Pick a weapon in your inventory and exit the level. Upon loading the next map, do not change your weapon and proceed to kill the big monkey strogg enemy before you approach the tram and exit this map.
Simply reload the save game from the Data Processing Security tower and repeat the tram map with each weapon and you'll bag all the achievements quickly.
In options under game settings just turn off auto weapon switch so that you can pick up a different weapon and not screw yourself out that weapon achievement-Conker1182

This is pretty easy to get on the (I think) fourth level. You should obtain the Grenade launcher in the First Act partway through the (I think) 5th or 6th level. To help, turn off "Auto switch weapons on pickup" so you don't accidentally fire another weapon when you pick it up.
Also, I found that especially on easier difficulties and on the earlier levels (1 through 6 or so) , you can hang back and take cover while your squad mates do alot of the work. This helps you conserve ammo which can be important when you can only use one weapon all level!
This is especially true with the grenade launcher, as I ran out of ammo near the end on my first run through. I tried it again and the 2nd time I let the marines clean up the baddies and only started using my weapon when I was by myself about 80% of the way through the level!! Cheap, I know! :)

I did it on Canyon just now. This is shortly after you get the grenade launcher and you spend most of the time on a vehicle with a mounted machine gun that apparently doesn't prevent the achievement. This makes it really easy cause you don't have much time where you're on the ground and won't run out of ammo.

A level must be completed using only the Grenade Launcher. The easiest level to do this on is the level with the TSD's where you have two soldiers, a regular marine and a Tech accompanying you. Also, all of the single player achievements are best done on the easiest difficulty, Private. The marines with you in the level will do most of the killing, just be sure to kill at least one unit with the grenades and you can easily run through the level back to the base, regardless if the marines survive or not.
