Of course the easiest way to get this is to complete level 1 on private. Just save every time you kill an enemy and reload the save point every time you get hit.

You can also get this on the early level where you have to ride on the back of the flatbed truck and knock out the turrets, since enemy fire will be concentrated on the truck and not you.

on that same level pickaxpete is talking about i got the pistol achievement as you barely have to use any gun, you can easily win all gun achievements there

Sorry for the vague details, but a seemingly much easier way to get it is a few levels in. The level right after your briefing on the Hannibal is an on-the-rails shooting level where you kill enemies from a machine gun mounted on a truck, where any damage taken doesn't count against this achievement because it is the truck taking damage. There is only one spot on this level where you can screw it up and even then its very unlikely you will. On your way to the machine gun truck you will be on a troop transport truck with 2 other marines. You will stop once to shoot at enemies, which are quite easy to kill and your team-mates will usually do most of the work. Also if you only use your latest acquired weapon the grenade launcher durring this single encounter you will also net yourself

because the mounted machine gun part of the level will not count against this achievement either. Both these are very easy to get in this level and to be honest I got both of them without even trying.

Beat a level without getting hit. This can be done in any level, I don't really recommend the TSD level for it though. The best level to do it in is the first level, where there's so few enemies and on private you can't really be hit. Save after every kill if you are scared to get hit.
