This achievement can be awarded fairly easy if you have alteast 3 other friends that can sign in with you to atleast start the match.
Setup a CTF Arena Endurance Match. This gives you 30 mins to rack up as many Frags as possible. As soon as the match start pick up the x2 damage bonus and have your friends wait by there flag. Once there you get endless kills as your friends will spawn and return to their flag to take another death.
