FOR PC PLAYERS:
From the main menu:
1. select "single player"
2. select "new game"
3. select "Dissolution of the Eternity"
4. hit ~ to bring up console command
5. type "map r1m7" (you have to start THIS campaign to be able to warp this level)
6. type "god" and "noclip" and fly to the exit portal. This level is MASSIVE. The exist you are looking for is a teleporter. Not a portal or arch. The teleporter is part of a tomb looking thing. When you are flying around you will see a small grey tomb looking object with bright red sides. That's your teleporter.
