You obtain this achievement by choosing the Business path in the second junction (after completing Act 2). Hold down the 
button and confirm the decision with

so this achievement wont pop for me, just like a few other achievements. have never played a game with so many buggy achievements.

This achievement is earned at the junction at the end of the second act where you play Paul again. During this junction you need to decide whether you want to deal with Paul personally or let Hatch deal with him. This achievement is earned for choosing the Business path where you do let Hatch deal with him.
Note that you can make this choice, then immediately replay this section and make the other to unlock both achievements if you don't want to worry about replaying it toward the end of the game. Make sure you do not replay a junction choice until you have completed all of the collectible achievements since doing so will change/move many of the collectibles, essentially requiring you to refind them.

Blazingk09, and, Redemption, Mode
This is obtained during Junction 2. At the end of the junction you will have a choice to either choose Personal path or Business path. Press 
to choose the Business path to obtain the achievement. After the achievement unlocks, press 
and select restart checkpoint, then choose the other option to unlock “You and Me”.
