I wanted to let everyone know, I thought this wasn't unlocking for me. Be patient and play the first 60 seconds of part 3, that is where it unlocked for me.
Unfortunately Ereaser NL I don't think this helps you. I would try clearing the games cache, restarting your Xbox offline, replay act 4 chapter 2 and turn your console online again once you reach the first area of chapter 3.

This achievement does not want to unlock for me.
I've tried replaying the level, but that doesn't work.
Anyone has any ideas?

Didn't unlock for me too in 2 playthroughs. I deleted my save and did a new playthrough on easy and it finally popped after Jack left the machine in the past.

So this unlocked like most experienced, late. Like most games, keep playing a little more. After starting part 3, I walked around the first section and it popped during looking for the first collectible.

This is an unmissable story achievement, earned at the end of the second part of Act 4.

You will unlock this achievement in Act 4 Part 2. After you have activated two switches, you will set a date then proceed to enter the time machine. A cutscene will play then you will be inside the time machine and the achievement will unlock.  Make sure you don’t skip the cutscene.
