I've beaten the game 3 times now and it still hasn't unlocked for me :(

I also ran into trouble with this achievement. In the end, I had to just run through the level again. It should unlock as soon as Jack interacts with the device.

I'm seeing a lot of people mention achievements aren't unlocking.
Not sure if the game is glitched to hell with achievements, or you had issues with Live.

In the achievement app, if this doesn't show as 'unlocking', then it's glitched. If it does, it'll unlock at some random point while you're online. Which can be days later

An unmissable story achievement, earned toward the end of the first part of the fifth and final act.

You will unlock this in Act 5 Part 1. After your scene with either the technician (Charlie) or the striker (Liam), you will enter the room with the countermeasure in it. Once you grab the countermeasure, a cutscene will play and you will obtain the achievement.  Make sure you don’t skip the cutscene.
