When you complete the game go backwards through the Junctions 4, 3, 2, 1 and choose the opposite choice you made through your playthrough to unlock your 4 remaining achievements.

After the first act, you begin a game section known as a junction where you play Paul rather than Jack. You have to choose between two major options during the junction that will effect how some of the game plays out from this point onward. This achievement is unlocked for choosing the PR path.
Note that you can make this choice, then immediately replay this section and make the other to unlock both achievements if you don't want to worry about replaying it toward the end of the game. Make sure you do not replay a junction choice until you have completed all of the collectible achievements since doing so will change/move many of the collectibles, essentially requiring you to refind them.

Blazingk09, and, Redemption, Mode
This is obtained during Junction 1. At the end of the junction you will have a choice to either choose the PR path or choose the Hardline path. Press 
to choose the PR path to obtain the achievement. After the achievement unlocks, press 
and select restart checkpoint, then choose the other option to unlock “Iron Fist”.
