This achievement is story-related and cannot be missed. It will unlock after you have completed the 2nd chapter of act three.
There isn't much to say, just play through the chapters and keep an open eye for all the collectibles scattered through the acts (there are, as usual, quite a few of them).

after i completed act 3 i didn´t get the achievement. do i have to replay all of act 3?

I ran into this bug as well, but there's a solution. The problem are the junction choices. Choose PR after Act 1 and Personal after Act 2. (You can just rewind to this through the timeline.) Then completely play through Act 3 again and this should unlock!

Well this is the only achievement i'm missing. Still bugged, I've replayed the chapter 2 of act 3 few times and still nothing. I've done troubleshooting which actually helped for the other bugged achievements but not this one, just won't unlock. Not sure if I have to replay the whole act or the game. Or rather just wait till it wants to unlock
