Load up Ecco hotel, and walk down to the ramp.
Stand at the top (left is usually best) and move down slightly to activate the car.
As soon as it's in sight, just fire at the windscreen. It doesn't matter if the car kills you, as long as you take out the driver before he crashes.

This one can be a pain, but, fortunately, you don't actually need to survive for the achievement to count. Basically, once you head down the ramp the car will spawn behind you. Just blast the windshield with bullets and you should get him.
Savenger
This is the first action of the level. As you walk down the entrance ramp to the underground car-park, a car will come barreling out of the gate. Stand your ground and open up on the driver. The closer he gets the easier the shot is.
It does not matter if he kills you. If you manage to get him first, you will get the trophy anyway. If you don’t get him and get run over, you will get another chance straight away. Keep trying, you’ll get it.

This is in the last mission of the game. After the two cars drive into the garage, go down the hill and stand at the top of the ramp. You might have to walk down a little to trigger the car. A car will come speeding up the ramp in front of you and you have to shoot the driver. The car goes to the right of the ramp so I suggest standing on the left side. Shoot as many shoots as you can at the front windshield and you should kill him. If you don’t get it on your first try then just reload the last checkpoint.
