You will be able to get this with your first enemy you see. The key is the old fashioned headshot, as this is an instant one shot kill. Just aim for the head and tap the trigger so you only fire once.

For this you have to kill an enemy with a single shot. Essentially, just aim for the head. You should be able to combine this with the Time to Face Gravity achievement.

Pop an enemy with a head shot, trophy is yours. You should be trying for headshots on every enemy anyway. But even if you are not trying to get this, you WILL luck out and get one by accident sooner or later.
