This difficulty actually feels more or less exactly the same as new recruit, so you should have no trouble with it at all.

If i complete the game as 007 it will unlock this achievement too?

This is the second easiest of the four difficulties and so, whilst a bit more of a challenge, again, should not really be that big of a deal. Of course, these difficulty related achievements are stackable, so if you are confident in your abilities you can just run through on 007 difficulty and get all of them at once.

Simply beat the game on any of the following difficulties to unlock this trophy:

- Field operative
- Agent
- 007.
