You will unlock this after defeating the dragon at the end of the game.
The way the fight works is that the dragon has three wounds – one on its wing, one on an arm, and one on its head. You need to wait for the line to hit the wound and lock on, then do the same with the other line to appear. After you've done that, you need to put together a small puzzle, then move on to the next wound. You need to do the wounds in order – wing, arm, head.

This achievement unlocks upon completing the game on any difficulty, so feel free to play on Casual. As noted in the roadmap, you are also able to use hints throughout normal gameplay if you're not sure what to do next, as long as you don't use a hint during an HOP or skip a minigame.
