Self-explanatory. After a set amount of time spent in a minigame, you will have the option to skip it. Just don't and you'll unlock this trophy at the end of the game after defeating the dragon boss.
Be careful – there are a few minigames where a character will talk to you and you have to find a few objects in a small window next to them. Don't hold down 
to skip their dialogue or you may skip the minigame! In those instances, use 
to make their dialogue go faster instead.

In general, the minigames in this game are incredibly short and easy, and should pose little trouble even without a guide. If you're ever stuck though, the walkthroughs in the "Dragon Slayer" achievement solution contain the solutions to all of the minigames as well.
