There are several minigames that are easily done in under a minute and even without the walkthrough, you may unlock this without trying. However, the first minigame – in the Bedroom - will easily unlock this trophy if you read the solution before triggering it:

Think of this like a keypad – 1-3 on top, 4-6 in the middle, 7-9 on bottom

In general, almost every minigame in this game is so simple that it can be completed in under one minute, so this will almost assuredly happen naturally. If you find that it hasn't and you're far into the game, or if you don't think you're likely to do it on your own, the two walkthroughs in the "Dragon Slayer" achievement solution also shows the solutions to all minigames, making it trivial to finish one in under one minute.
