If you're using the crazy click method or even just the picture guide under Useful Links, you will be on good track to unlock this while playing.
This is either a buggy trophy or the description is wrong. When I wrote the walkthrough, I unlocked this trophy about 3/4 of the way through the game, when it definitely should have unlocked earlier. When I tested my walkthrough, I unlocked the trophy much earlier. Either the trophy is buggy (but not actually glitched), the game has a strange definition as to what counts as a HO scene or – I believe – the trophy actually refers to three HO scenes in a row in under ten minutes.

This achievement requires you to finish three consecutive HOPs in under 10 minutes, real time. This may seem stressful or tight, but it will definitely happen naturally. Early in the game, HOPs are more scarce. From around the midpoint until the end though, HOPs are very frequent, making this achievement essentially progress related.
