As the description says, you need to complete any HOP in under one minute. Because you don't get a difficulty option in this game, and therefore the HOPs play as if you're on Expert (they blur and lock you out for around 10 seconds if you get too many incorrect clicks in a short amount of time), this may be difficult to do legitimately.
However, if you'd like to guarantee this achievement, you can actually use the exact same exploit described in Unmistakable (20G) - find all objects but don't click on the last one, force close the game app, relaunch it, and now that you know where all of the objects, you should be able to quickly click them all in under a minute.
