As the description says, you need to complete any minigame in under a minute. Despite being technically missable, this achievement is virtually unavoidable. Three times during the game, you'll have to put together the puzzle pieces of the portal in the Throne Room, the first of which is on the third scene in the game. Each time it is only six puzzle pieces, and the shape of the piece is easily matched to the shapes shown on the grid. Unless your controller dies during this minigame, there's virtually no way it's going to take you longer than a minute to place the six puzzle pieces in place. If, however, you aren't confident in your abilities, the walkthrough in The Savior (50G) shows the solutions to all minigames. You can always check the solution there beforehand, allowing you to complete a minigame very quickly.
