As the description says, you'll need to complete any HOP without making a single mistake. This achievement isn't anywhere near as difficult as it sounds. While you could do this the legitimate way (take your time to find every object, ensuring you don't make any mistakes), there is an exploit you can take advantage of to make this much easier.
When you reach an HOP, pause and quit to the main menu to save your game right before you start it. Now, play the HOP, making as many mistakes as you want, until you find all but one objects, making a note of where every object is. Locate the final object but don't click on it. Instead, press the guide button and force close the game app (do NOT quit to the main menu, as this will save your game). Relaunch the game app, continue your game, and you'll be back at your save before you started the HOP. Now that you know where all of the objects are, carefully go through the HOP to find them all without making any mistakes. If you do make a mistake, you can always repeat the process of force closing the game app to try again.
This is particularly easy to do on the very first HOP in the game, during the mandatory tutorial, and if you use this exploit you can easily unlock Fast Pace (40G) at the same time.

On the first level of the game, the tutorial will guide you to an interactable piece and the first Puzzle piece of the game. From there:
Interact with the mug on the left of the screen. The letter and the mortar & pestle to the right of the screen. The lavender in the top middle of the screen. The bottles to the right of the lavender.
Then, connect the frog insignia to the frog drawer, the snail insignia to the snail drawer, and the fish insignia to the fish drawer. This will open all areas in the HOP and allow you to gather the remaining 11 pieces.
From top left going clockwise to bottom right:
1. Far left of the inside of the Snail drawer - 1/11
2. Behind the bottles that you previously moved - 2/11
3. The far left of the butterfly drawer you opened on tutorial - 3/11
4. The middle of the frog drawer - 4/11
5. Behind the bag, on the left, just below the frog drawer - 5/11
6. Below the bag, under the mortar & pestle you moved - 6/11
7. Next to the hammer, on the right in the middle of the desk table - 7/11
8. Just above the hammer, sticking out from behind the book, under the fish drawer - 8/11
