Simple way if you want this quick.

Make sure DH is on in the main menu settings.

Choose exhibition game.
Adjust innings to 3. This will give you enough time to bat around the order.

P1 use the Angels as away team and make them the away team.
CPU Home team needs to be a National League team (i.e San Diego Padres), so we can use our DH.

When you get to the 9th batter in your lineup (your pitcher) replace him with pinch hitter S. Ohtani. A pitching star in Japan, he’ll get us the strikeout we need next.

When you are done batting, you’ll be asked if you want to replace Ohtani with a pitcher. Choose NO.

Ohtani has plenty of pitching skill, so the actual strikeout shouldn’t be an issue. Mix pitches, hit the edges, and use max effort for an easy strikeout. BLOOP!
