How to unlock the Filthy Fastball achievement in R.B.I. Baseball 21 - Definitive Guide

Can be done using 2 controllers. Cole is on the Yankees so make them the home team and controlled by your first controller. Just keep throwing the fastball pitch (Up pitch) and don’t touch the second controller. After 9 pitches you have the achievement. Obviously you need to be on modern pitching mode to throw this pitch.
