Using two controllers, make your first controller the home team so you will be pitching first. Make sure manual fielding and diving are turned on in the settings. Intentionally walk 3 batters (hold RB). Now you will want to press B on the second controller so the next batter will bunt. Throw a pitch down the middle then immediately hit RT so that the fielder closest to the ball will dive (this will be either the pitcher or catcher). If this works you can now throw to first base for an out. Now you will have a few seconds to hold LT on the second controller to make the base runners advance. With the first controller throw it back to home plate for the second out.

I know this sounds a bit tricky but you have plenty of time to go between the controllers. The only part that may take a few attempts is making sure your player does the dive animation before fielding the bunt. In particular you don’t need to catch the bunt, only to do a dive before fielding.
