In any level with a jet pack, fly around the planet and let go of your mouse. It may take a couple of tries, but the gravity should pull you around the planet for 10+ seconds and this Achievement will unlock. or you could just get outside the planet's main gravity barrier and you should float long enough to get this.
Personally, I just flew out on Level 4 and let the gravity pull me around and around. I unlocked it just before I crashed into the planet.

This achievement requires that you fly for ten consecutive seconds without using a jetpack or the black hole power-up. You will without doubt get this without even trying very early in the game. Just use your jetpack and gravity to get going fast into empty space and you are sure to unlock this.
