This is a cumulative achievement. Simply hit 10 total mines in your playthrough of the game and you'll have this in no time. There are mines all over the Planet Run levels (World 3).
If you have an abundance of coins, go into Planet Run - 1 and buy the black hole power up for 400 coins. It will allow you to have much better control over the Rabbid. Use it and hit all 4 mines in the level and then restart and repeat.

I have found a dead easy solution to this.
Go to Planet Run level 1. Aim at 2 o'clock and as soon as you release use your jetpack but release it as soon as you leave the atmosphere.
This should curl you round the planet to the right and you should hit the mine below it nearly every time.
I had my jetpack upgraded to level 6 and the swatter upgraded to level 4 and I assume this will affect how your Rabbid travels so you may have ot experiment with how long you fire your Jetpack for.

This achievement requires that you hit a cumulative total of 10 mines across all replays of all levels. Mines are scattered across many of the worlds and when you hit them they will explode and send you flying. You will hit way more than 10 while completing the game, but it you want to get this done early, the first level you can earn this on is Planet Run 1. There are 4 mines on this level. Hit as many as you like and reload until you reach 10 total.
