If you've played more than 10 minutes, you have most likely seen UFOs around space. All you have to do is hit 10 of them (or 1 of them 10 times). This is cumulative so it will come to you as you play through the game, provided you've hit some UFOs during your playthrough.
Personally, it was quick and easy for me to just do it on Level 3. The UFO is straight up from where the cow is. You can either bank off the cow and hit it, or try and maneuver the tricky jet pack into it. The good thing about this level is that you also have infinite fuel.

This achievement requires that you hit a cumulative total of 10 UFOs across all replays of all levels. UFOs are scattered across many of the worlds and when you hit them they will rotate and send you flying. You will hit way more than 10 while completing the game, but it you want to get this done early, the easiest level you can earn this on is Sweet Home 5. There is a single UFO above and to your left. Launch the Rabbit in the direction with full jetpack power and try for the UFO. Repeat until you get 10.
