Description is 'Stay 5 minutes in shop without buying anything'
The shop is option is located in the area where you select the planet you wish to play, just select the shopping cart in the bottom left corner and sit in there for 5 mins.

This achievement requires that you sit in the shop for 5 consecutive minutes without purchasing anything. From the level-selection screen, tap the image of the shopping cart in the lower left hand corner to enter the shop. Now do nothing until the achievement pops. You may need to tap your screen periodically to keep your screen from timing out (depends on your lockscreen settings).

I unlocked this with no notification popping up, spent longer than 5 minutes before scanning on TA and realised I had it.
