On this mode you have a bumper car which you move with the left stick and you press B to power up, the objective is to ram other players off of the map while staying on yourself.
One strategy you can use is to circle in the middle of the map as much as possible then when you see other players on the edge press B to push them off the side then return to circling the map.
Alternatively, you can just go full on and keep ramming their cars and pushing them off the edge and trying to avoid falling down.
If you fall you lose points, I still managed to get the achievement despite falling a few times.
Glitch:
It is possible that the achievement will not pop due to a glitch in this game, you can restart your console and it should then pop.
