How to unlock the The Plunger Thrower achievement in Rabbids: Party of Legends - Definitive Guide
You simply need to throw a plunger with the B button close to the end of a running down clock.
The screen will go white and block the clock leaving you to guess when to throw. You can simply count down to this, however, the last one is 20 seconds of count down time and if you miss it then you will surely miss the achievement and have to get it later (as I did).
To ensure you don't miss it, you can use a countdown clock on your phone to help with this last one. Be ready to strike in the last seconds.
Glitch:
It is possible that the achievement will not pop due to a glitch in this game, you can restart your console and it should then pop.

In this mini game, there will be a timer on the screen, and you will need to press as close as possible to the 0:00 mark. But if you wait too long you will miss your shot, so still make sure to hit before the timer ends.
There is one catch though, some mist will hide the timer after a few seconds, so you won't be able to see it anymore and you will need to manually count in your head, and guess when you need to hit .
There are 5 rounds, you get points after each round depending on how close you were to 0:00. The score is very lenient and you shouldn't have too much trouble to reach it.
