On this level there are outlines of palms/hands which will drop stones on the map, you need to avoid these and you are competing with the other players/bots to keep at least one of your five hearts of health to survive.
You need to avoid these hands, which will take one heart off of your health bar, while trying to use your plunger with the B button to throw other players into the outline of the falling hand stones.
A good tip is for you to go to the corner and face the boundary of the map so that other players can't throw you into the hands. A lot of the time the hands are not landing on all the corners at the same time and when a hand is coming to the corner simply relocate to another or an open spot on the map and try to hit other players when you are moving.
If you are on Easy with Bots the other players tend to also walk or push each other into the falling hands, making your job easier. Eventually it will be you and one other, keep trying to knock them into the outline of the falling hands while avoiding them as best as you can.
You should then survive and have enough score for the achievement.

It is possible that the achievement will not pop due to a glitch in this game, you can restart your console and it should then pop.
