Race Arcade (UP)

I thought that this would be won when winning all races in Hard championship (15 races at 10 points per 1st place) but it seems to just be cumulative over time. I got it during my 2nd championship series... I started with The Rally car and did the first season, then almost through the medium season it popped. Hope I can save someone some time.
