Also note that damage caused to your car by an opponent seems to not count. I had an opponent run into the back of my car on the final corner of a race but still got this achievement.

You can get this at the same time as Like a Pro, just select a single opponent and one lap, don’t crash or even touch against opponent or the track surrounding and you should be fine.

Avoid touching opponents and making contact with the surroundings. It is easiest to do this with just one opponent (you can change this on 'Race Settings' just after you've made the track and car selection). Having one lap will make things even easier for this achievement.
