Race Pro

In Solo Race mode, turn on qualifier, set difficulty to Novice.

You will have to beat a set time based on the car you select.

You can retry if you fail the first time.
I did my best runs on Brands Hatch in the Radical.

Select Single Race from the Main Menu right at the top, choose any car and track of your choice. Now when you reach the Race Settings go down to difficulty and set it to Novice and set Qualification to Yes.

When in the race, to get pole position you have to finish a lap with the fastest time.
To check the time mid race, pause and go on Drivers/Timings.
