Just complete one lap in time attack. Don't cut off track or time will not be recorded anymore.

Go to 'Time Attack' and choose the track and car of your choice. Complete one full lap. Very simple and easy. You can drive slow, so you can make it easy to get the "Fast Learner" achievement.
