Simply hold the RB button when you go around corners or on long straight kind of zig and zag while holding the RB button. note you do not have to drift for 10 min in one go. Think of it as a percentage bar that you just have to fill hope this helps happy gaming.

You can also go to split screen with 4 controllers. Turn on Smart steering (Y) and auto accelerate (X) for one controller. After the main one wins the race keep the other 3 controllers idle. Your character will now go around the track auto drifting. Might be possible to be done with 2 controllers haven’t had a chance to test that out.
