How to unlock the Catch of the day achievement in Radio Squid - Definitive Guide

The boss is on 3-4. If you die you can revive with coins. If you get too low on coins you can't revive and you'll be sent back to 3-1. Use your bombs (RB) to turn bullets into coins

Just in case anyone was unsure, you CAN resume your game from the last Money Toad checkpoint you visited. Whether you run out of coins to revive yourself, the game crashes on you, or you just don't have time to complete the game in one sitting, your progress will be safe and you'll start out on level 3-1 next time you launch the game. Additionally, any power-ups you purchased from the shops will carry over. I like the one that grants you double damage when your health is full. It costs 50 coins.

Bosses are Randomized. Each Floor is 4 levels long. Each Boss is on the 4th Level of each floor. In this instance, the boss 3rd boss is 3-4

COMPLETION OVERVIEW:
🎮Completion Time - (30-45 mins)
💵ONLY $4.99
🏆Difficulty - 4/10 (A little skill dependent)
💡Overview: Ultimately, we need to make it to the 3RD BOSS BATTLE. This will more than likely be the last achievement you get. This game is basically a Twin Stick Shooter. The twist is that your bullets BOUNCE off the walls and you can damage yourself. Now as you play, you build up "POWER". You can see your Power Meter on the Upper-Center Screen. You can fit 6 Bombs in a Full Power Meter. (Press cn_RB to use a Bomb) This will convert all bullets on the screen into coins.

This will be the last trophy you earn before the Platinum. Like the previous two, there are multiple bosses available on the third floor. Find and kill any to get this trophy (see Got a Bite). The one I did, which was on the upper-left path, was not only the easiest boss I've faced but probably much easier than many of the normal rooms with normal enemies. It was what looks relatively like the Muk Pokemon; it looks like a slug. It shoots fireballs but only in one direction i.e. either horizontally or vertically, not both. Over all, it's a very easy fight.

Here is a video showing the path to the boss, starting from the beginning of stage 3–4, and the fight:
