Simply start up the game and skip the cutscenes using 
Once you have control of your character hold
and walk up into the ladder at the top of the screen for around 5 seconds and that will activate the secret ending and unlock all 15 achievements worth 1000G!! :D

That's a really fast completion. There are a few games that quick, but I'm thinking this must be the fastest.
