Note: Under the cursor there is also an Air Drop. You need to do all 4 radio towers, to get the last 4 drops.

The Air Drop location icons look identical to the achievement icon - a box with a parachute. Some of these locations you will come across during your exploration (and you'll need to explore most of the map as part of the DLC, but the map itself isn't that big), however some Air Drops will only become visible once you clear Antenna areas.

There are 15 airdrops: 10 can be found through exploration; 4 of them are found through clearing the Antenna's missions; the final one drops out of the sky at the completion of those missions.

For those of you voting negative: hopefully this guide is now more useful. Let me know if I can make it better.

@pezboyben thanks for your feedback. From my understanding (but am happy to be corrected), air drops are somewhat random in terms of location, i.e. they aren't in pre-set positions, which would make a screenshot of a map not useful.

I thought this had glitched on me as I had searched everywhere and couldn't find a map online. Turns out I had missed one, I know it's a video but this is all I could find to help with locations.

I think this be glitched for me found and activated all 15, nothing. Have an air drop location not showing complete on mini map but the beacon is activated. I tried but pushing the button again does nothing.

Had to load an old save from beginning of the campaign, activated 14/15 before completing the final story mission. Recommend leaving a couple air drops for after the story. The drop that glitched on me was the most SE air drop on the skyscraper roof.

Same problem with the same air drop.

I think it’s because I found and activated the air drop before it actually showed up on my map and prior to finishing the DLCs storyline.

Same here. Didn't find the last drop until after finishing the main story, so that doesn't seem so be the problem. Does anyone have any ideas? This is literally the last achievement I need to unlock :(

This game is 100% garbage found all airdrops yet the one in the bottom SE corner shows up in solid purple even though it has a green tick. This is yet another example of lazy programmers not doing there job. I hope when Microsoft gets control they sack everyone who worked on this rubbish game😡😡😡

I managed to get it to pop by starting the dlc again. I think I finished dlc first got all other achievements then load up a save and start dlc again just for that achievement.

The same glitch happened to me. No Cheevo. Gonna have to redo the DLC. SO annoying. That container doesn't seem farmable either.

Some locations will only appear after completing some of the Antenna locations and after completing the main story.

I'm not positive you have to complete the main story. After I finished the main story I drove around to the few locations I hadn't visited yet and on my way to one I found a question mark and it turns out it was the last air drop I needed. Don't think it appeared only because the story finished. Also I'm guessing people are giving thumbs down because they would like a screenshot showing the locations.

Edit: the glitch happens when you discover and complete the location, then progress the story and/or reload the game later. What happens is, the location disappears from the map. When you rediscover it, the location will first have a questionmark a'la undiscovered locations, and when visiting the place the objective will be already ticked off but the icon stays incomplete.
Solution: avoid airdrops just focus on the main story. When you have to level up, concentrate on camps. Finish the main story as soon as you can, then activate the 15 airdrops in one sitting.
Also make regular hard saves in case of anything.

During the mission 'Wasteland Savior', you're shown how to find these. Simply approach them and hold to activate. Note that they are not all readily available to find and you will need to complete the 'Antenna' side activities to reveal some of them. The map below shows all 15 of the Air Drops in red and all 5 of the 'Antenna' side activities in green. Find and complete them all for the achievement.

They are not all available to find as you will need to complete the Antenna side activities to reveal some of them.
