This is towards the eastern tip of the map, between Parking Peril to the west of it and Rooftop Corral to the east of it.

Simply go to the EcoPod and have the 'Location Discovered' text appear on-screen. The achievement unlocks as you discover it.

The Overgrown City EcoPod is just South of the Bendering Ark location. As soon as the EcoPod is discovered, the trophy will pop.
