How to unlock the Keep 'Em Coming achievement in RAGE - Definitive Guide

I got this in the first round of J.K.Stiles' tv show (on Normal difficulty). I put down two turrets right after walking into the first arena, and they easily got a dozen kills between them. The small enclosed space has no cover and plenty of enemies, so it's the perfect spot.

Did this without looking at the solution lol. But very easy on this spot, threw one to my left and one to my right in the corners, then just sat back as they turned those mutants into burgers!

Worked like a charm on Nightmare difficulty too. Put one to the right and the other to the left as soon as you walk in and sat back and only shot mutants that got too close to them.

I would suggest doing this in the area later in the game - just before the "Liberate Captain Marshall" mission. At this point, go to Mutant Bash, do the replay to do this.

However, for this, though, I suggest starting at the middle of the arena, and then when the mutants start coming down, try and stand between the turret and the mutants, as the turret shoots through you, and hits the mutants. It gives vital seconds to get the 5 before turret is destroyed.

If you are still looking for this later in the game, a sweet spot is in the abandoned distillery.

Enter and make your way through, you will drop down a hole in the floor and crawl through a pipe, this is the main mission path and is the only way you can go after entering.

After you go through the pipe and drop down back up to the wall and drop the turret and make your way forward to trigger the mutants.

There are exactly 5 that will run at you and the run and the distance between them is enough so that they will not reach the turret and destroy it.

My main problem getting this elsewhere was that I was playing Nightmare and my turrets kept being destroyed.

better spot in the distillery is when you have to actually use it to fill the jugs. Then place a turret nearby and watch as several mutants will jump up and attack you. Easy way to get through that part of the mission.

To get this achievement i would recommend doing this in the mash bask tv arena. First of all i would get to the second section with the spinny monkey thing and put in the corner shown in the corner and the achievement will come easy to you.

There is a lot of praise for the Mutant Bash TV solution, but that didnt work for me. Playing on nightmare i found the mutants always managed to destroy my turrets before they got the job done. If you are having the same problem, read on.

This worked for me the first time i tried:

The sewer by the outriggers starts as a narrow and straight tunnel. Just place your turret where you enter and lure mutants to it, one by one if possible to be sure. Dont worry, there are enough mutants very close to the entrance to not make this take longer then 30 seconds.

Location:
Head west from Hagar, the hatch is right beside the road you take to the radio tower.

Note: I have the Anarchy Edition of RAGE which comes with the DLC. Not having played without the DLC i dont know if this sewer is available without it.

Drakenden has confirmed that this DLC comes with every copy of the game. Although if you buy a used copy where the code has been redeemed, you have to pay for it. Thanks!

I strive to make my solutions the best they can be so please leave a comment if you have any feedback, good or bad, and i will try to improve it.

I went a bit too far for the Mutant Bash TV solution, so I discovered you can also get this in "Mutant Expansion" mission on Disc 2.

You'll enter the cave and watch enemies scatter away in scripted sequences, and when you go to grab the dynamite the gate will close and 5+ Muties will pop into the small space. Just set your sentry turret down and let him do the work. You can also get the "Passive Aggressive" achievement this same way. Just reload and set a sentry bot instead.

If you are like me and had trouble with getting this allow me to help you. I tried Mutant Bash TV multiple times, even setting up 2 regular turrets on opposite sides of each arena during the "game" with absolutely no luck. Even on normal difficulty mutants would rush the turrets, knock them down in one swipe and it was over. Once you get to Subway-Town you will be sent on a mission for the "Mayor" of this town. You have to go talk to his foreman and then you are sent to a subway station called the Blue Line to take care of some mutants. Before you go make sure you have bought the Advanced Sentry Bots and Advanced Turrets schematics from the store in Subway-Town.
Walk through the mission like normal until the mutants drop the security gate on you and begin to swarm you in waves. Walk to the rubble, look down drop an Advanced Turret and then step back as it goes to town. Seriously most of the mutants couldn't even get over the railing as the turret sliced them in half. It popped after 5 and then proceeded to finish off the rest until it shut down.Which will also help you reach:

RAGEMechanocideThe Mechanocide achievement in RAGE worth 127 pointsKill 100 Enemies with Sentry Bots, Sentry Turrets, or RC Bomb Cars

3 words. Mutant bash TV.

wait for the second round, then place your turret in the corner where the exit gate is.

stand behind it and guard it,

Its that simple.

This one is pretty easy when done in certain places, like during the mission Hijacked Well in Wellsprings' sewers.

Pic: http://pokazywarka.pl/i3sjyk/

Right after going down the stairs there's a long corridor with pillars to the right and about 7 enemies there. Just put a sentry turret where the picture shows and let it do the rest.

Occasionally, some enemies will throw a grenade, so you will have to load ur save if sentry gets destroyed.

For some reason, I could not get this to work out in the Mutant Bash TV ... the mutants always found a way to take out my turrets.

What I found to be a super easy place to do this is in the Ark Sewers. Just enter the sewers and place a turret towards the beginning of the walkway (near where the dead guy is on the floor).

If the turret doesn't automatically detect the mutants in front of you, run forward a bit to aggro them and have them follow you. Usually the turret can detect enemies across the first sewer chamber up to where the stairs lead up towards the end tunnel.

If done like this, the mutants will have to run a very long distance in order to attack the turret and will never make it (and if they get close, they will die right in front of the turret).

There are more than plenty of mutants in this area (except for when you do the mission from the job board in Wellsprings ... for some reason fewer mutants are in this area during this mission), and your turret will kill damn near all of them before it expires.

i never used creations on the game.

the first mission on the second disc going to blue line metro will be lots of melee enemies and if you purchased the pro updates to the bots will be really easy, i was on nightmare and my pro watcher bot killed a kraken by itself; and yes tons of other guys.(wow)

I got this near the end of the Abandoned Distillery quest, right before you start the machine to fill the jug just put down 2 sentry turrents on the left and right in front of the staircase where you came up at, then start the machine and just sit near one of the turrents so the mutants will come at you from the front. they'll continually try to climb the railing in the front and your turrent will just mow them down easily netting you this achievement. this was done on a normal diffculty playthrough.

I have created a short video to show how to pick-up this easy achievement:

You can buy a schematic at Janis Supplies in Subway Town for the advanced turret, or you can buy the regular one in Wellsprings if you feel you can do it with that one. Parts can be bought here to. The best place to get this trophy is in Mutant Bash TVs first room but if you don't get it here, wait until the mission "Blue Line Station" as there are loads of places to get it doing that mission. Here's a video by Powerpyx showing us how it's done:

The mutant attack in the terminal in the "Gaining Influence" mission presents the perfect opportunity to unlock this achievement. Simply deploy a Sentry Turret and let it take out at least 5 enemies on its own. If the Sentry Turret is knocked down or destroyed before killing 5 mutants, you must deploy another one, at which point the count starts over. Stand guard and prevent the Sentry Turret from getting knocked down to reach the goal. Another good place to get this is during the Mutant Bash TV show (thanks to fastNcurious for this info).
