When you reach the Eastern Wastelands you'll be tasked to talk to the Mayor of Subway Town.
He will give you a mission to proof yourself and he will task you to take care of the Mutant issue in the Blue Line tunnels.
Head down the tunnel and talk to the worker. He will task you to leave to the Wastelands and enter through another tunnel.
Enemies: Mutants, Krakens and Big Mutants (the Grenade Launcher wielding ones)
You'll be tasked to grab TNT and a Detonator throughout the Mutant infested tunnels.
You'll get the achievement when your on your way back to Subway Town.

Be aware that absolutely all hell breaks loose once you hit the plunger and the achievement pops. You have to immediately fight 2 tentacle mutants at the same time plus a large wave of regular mutants.

Just a tip, this is an excellent place to get a lot of kills with turrets/sentry bots. You will be swarmed by muties several times in this level and can rack up a lot of kills quickly.

Story related - Cannot be missed. As the description says, complete the "Blue Line Station" mission to earn this achievement.

One of the first missions in Subway Town requires you to clear the train station of mutants, there are hundreds of mutants here so be warned. At the end there are 2 Krakens that ambush you. This is a good place to get the weapon kill trophies.
