Pretty simple achievement to work for. Dan will give you his sniper rifle when you go to plant the demolition charges. Just take your time in new areas and remember to crouch and check around. Catching a group of foes at unawares makes things much easier. You'll rack up 10 kills in no time.

Also, there are a couple jobs on the job board which give you an autoreloader and a load've ammo to defend caravans.

Yes your first sniper mission from the board provided these items. The mission is where you fend off some enemies while 2 townsfolk repair the damage they've caused. This is a great spot to work on headshots provided you're at least decent with the sniper rifle.

During the "Destroy the Barricade" mission, take careful aim with Dan's Sniper Rifle to score headshots. If you manage to score 10 headshots this achievement is yours. Don't worry if you don't get it during this mission, there are plenty of opportunities to score some more later in the story. You can get this in co-op mode as well. THIS ACHIEVEMENT IS ACCUMULATIVE!

This trophy carries between playthroughs

You will obtain the sniper early in the story from Dan Hagar when you have to clear the road blockade. The scope is already being held really steady so you dont need to hold your breath or anything, just line up the crosshair with their head and shoot. Do this 10 times and the trophy will pop. Kills acquired in co-op also count towards this trophy.
