This can be done on easy. On easy you only need 3 gold stacks. After blowing the dynamite and finding the car that has the gold, take one stack out and walk it back to the area you started in (before climbing the red ladder at the start). Drop the gold once you are on the ground below the red ladder.
Repeat this step for the other two gold palettes until all 3 are placed on the ground below the red ladder.
Call in the boat on the radio and return to where the gold is.
The boat will appear on one side of the platform or the other, mine appeared opposite starting point. pick up and walk the gold over to the boat and throw all 3 in, then escape. trophy will pop once you get on the boat.
