How to unlock the That's Hardcor-ier!! achievement in RAID: World War II - Definitive Guide
Refer to my Rhinestone very hard guide for general tips regarding weapon choice, class type, return to camp exploit, etc.
This is the hardest achievement in the game. Namely levels 2 and 4 + maybe 6 is a bit annoying. The odd numbered levels I don’t even remember. Use stealth as usual when applicable and you should be fine with those levels.
Level 2: Use stealth until you push the fuel tank to the barrier. You’ll be forced to go loud. The goal here is to push the fuel tank further up and hold out for some minutes, then place some dynamite, then push the fuel tank to the exit. My tip for here is to hold out together near the flare/dynamite drop while properly spreading out warcries and managing ammo. There is a couple sniper spawns that can be tricky, make sure to eliminate them before planting the dynamite. This one will take some practice but it’s nothing compared to level 4
Level 4: this is basically wiretap on drugs - and you can’t go down. Figure out the fuel canister spawns, there are a few on the north side, south side, and the main area where the transmission is. Always be stocked and immediately re up on fuel canisters after using them. Hang around the tents by transmission for cover. There are sniper spawns across on the broken building and flamers constantly spawn in, everyone needs to be mic’d up to hear the special enemies immediately and communicate effectively
When a flamer or regular enemy has the height advantage they are more dangerous. Prioritize killing them. Have 2 people covering each entrance in the main area so you don’t get overrun (everyone needs to be playing on top of their game to maintain). There is a LOT of health by one of the tents, take advantage of this.
After the generator is fully fueled you’ll need to place a flare. Have only one person do this! The other 3 stay in main area to avoid getting bottle necked, if needed use warcries to get this player there safely. Once done return to main area and hold out until the bomber drops then everyone can escape once the vehicle arrives. Like I said, easier said than done. One of the exit locations is much worse than the other, keep trying til ya get it.
Level 6: this ones easy honestly just weird at the end. We had a glitch(?) where when you jump off at the end someone would die. Maybe they jumped too far or something not sure it never happened to me. Lmk if anyone has this issue as well. Anyways I recommend jumping off far and to the left. There are wayyy too many enemies to handle at the escape section. Have at LEAST 2 warcries, preferably 3, before jumping and have everyone run straight to the exit vehicle.
Hopefully this helps a group in the future, lmk if you guys have any questions about this achievement or the game itself
