To be a little more specific, if you want to get this achievement while Turbo controlling, go to Training, on raiden fighters 2, stage 1. Stage edit the settings to Practice difficulty, and 0% enemy fire for smooth boosting, and turbo the A button and you will get 1 miclus each time. One will be enough, as you need 96 hours total gameplay.

These appear throughout the game after doing a certain task. The easiest way to get these to appear is playing training Level 5 in Raiden Fighter Jet. Set the difficulty to practice and hover over the three domes until they explode showing the Miclus. Also the tankers that are on throughout the level. If you over over them, you will get the Miclus to show. You will get at least three per run (domes) and upwards of 6+ if you hit all the stationary tankers by the end of the level. This level takes about minute to complete.
