Raiden V: Director's Cut (EP)

You must beat the game without using any continues (1cc) but this must be done on at least Easy Also, you must have a hit ratio of 98% on all stages. Practice is the key here as you need to learn the boss patterns and best way to dodge the bullets.

I personally think that the Swing Vulcan, Lightning Laser and Catch Plasma are best weapons to use. If followed Step 1 of the Road Map, then you should have changed bombs and shields to max. The key in Raiden series is to move from left to right or vice versa slowly. If you start flying all over the screen you will be overwhelmed with bullets and you will die quickly so move over to the either side by tapping on the D-Pad. Whenever you feel like you are in trouble, use a bomb. You can try to save your Cheer-Attack for the boss if you can but again if you are in trouble the use it.

I recommend not upgrading all 3 weapons to max (level 10) because you will meet TLB, which is unnecessary and will only make life harder for yourself.

Tips:

1: When you get hit, you are invincible for a sec so use this to your advantage e.g. when you are facing a boss.

2: Fly up to his face quickly using the Swing Vulcan for maximum damage. On bonus missions. Try to get as many gold medals as possible for acquiring Fairies. When you have a Fairy and are below 50% shield, if you get hit then you lose the Fairy but you can collect it again and get some extra shield again.

As every stage contains 3 scenes. You can just restart one if you happen to fail. And you will start at full life again. It will still count for the trophy.
