How to unlock the Veteran achievement in Raiden V: Director's Cut - Definitive Guide

In order to get all S routes you must have a hit ratio of 98% on all stages. Stage 1 and 2 don't have an S route, however you need to maintain that hit ratio to unlock all S routes but you can see your percentage on the 3rd screen on the left side by simply pressing .

If you're following the Road Map, then this should unlock during Step 1.
