Railway Empire 2

This will come naturally through gameplay so I wouldn't worry about it. However, for the sake of the guide and if you can't wait;

1. Start a custom game, and select "the engineer" for cheaper tracks.
2. Place a station down in your town.
3. Build your tracks across the land endlessly from it!

Your tracks don't have to connect to anything only the starting point at the station. The game will also only let you build up to 800km of track in one go before you have to complete/build that section and start the process again.
